1、准备所需材料。

2、将鸡洗净剁成两大块,红枣洗净去核、党参洗净切段,枸杞、桂圆洗净。鲜灵芝用小勺把灵芝粉刮下来,然后切成长条。

3、锅内放水烧开,把鸡肉放入锅内焯烫去血水,然后捞起洗净。
