谢谢您在这段时间的关心，照顾和容忍，谢谢所有同事的关心和理解，同时要给您说声对不起，在这段时间由于自己的粗心和散漫给公司造成了不必要的损失，影响了公司的进度，非常的惭愧。
从工作至今，进入公司工作的时间里得到了公司各位同事的多方帮助，分厂感谢各位同事，所以在公司工作很开心，感觉在公司像一个大家庭一样，大家相处融洽和睦，在过去的时间里，公司给予了良好的学习机会，学习了一些新的东西，充实了自己，感谢您的鼓励和支持。
但是由于自己的个人原因，没有履行好一个设计师的职责，在公司发展的关键时刻拖了后腿，给公司带来一系列不必要的损失。个人感觉，在过去的时间里，不能让自己和您满意，也没有作出让您让公司满意的东西，可能因为缺少沟通，但最重要的还是自己的粗心，还有很多东西需要完善，所以有愧于这段时间公司的照顾，有愧于您的信任。
自从您谈了话，很想为公司多做一些事情，做好一些事情，然而由于我的爸爸妈妈在新年都突患重病，接着妹妹即将出嫁，无人照顾患病父母，会分担一部分精力，自己身在外地，很多事情可能都需要我去完成，在今后的一段时间会经常请假，这样可能会更加的影响公司的进度，所以经再三考虑，提出申请辞职，望理解。
