In general, our relationship with the nature can be classified into three phrases. At the initial stage, we live by adapting to the changes of the nature. On the early stage of human history, our ancestor chooses to live in cave to seek protection from the change of the weather. Depend on the weather; our ancestor will have to change their daily activities. For instances, they will go out for hunting in a sunny day and will hide in the cave in a raining day. But nowadays, with the advancement of technology, we can actually influence the nature. Back to the weather as one of the example, we are able to create artificial rain nowadays which is important for farmer when weather change dry. This marks the transform of adapting to reforming (in a tiny way) of our nature. While we are proud of our achievement, the nature never stop to demonstrate to us her power through different natural disaster like tsunami. It always reminds us to be modest and to live harmony as part of the nature. As a conclusion, leveraging on our technology today, we may have more influencing power on the nature as compared to our ancestor. But we should never forget to live as part of the nature, make good use of our nature.
