信用与风险是市场上永恒不变的话题，一个成熟的企业需要做的不仅仅是技术创新，运营管理，销售渠道建立，更应该对企业自身所处市场有一个清晰的认识。我国自加入WTO以来已有11个年头，建立所谓的金融证券市场更是超过了20年。但是金融市场本身的发展已经有了数百年的历史。我国金融市场现今所面临的问题有很多，本文主要针对信用风险这个世界性话题进行探讨。本文首先通过认识国外成熟的信用风险管理理论以及模型，相互对比，得出笔者所需模型。最终笔者选择KMV模型来对我国金融市场信用风险问题进行研究，选取十家不同行业，不同信用风险的两家公司，从市场上获取数据，进行实证分析，将结果予以检验。结果显示KMV模型能够较为准确的衡量我国上市公司真实的信用风险状况。
