If such changes cause an increase or decrease in the Suppliers cost or an alteration in the delivery time, an equitable adjustment must be made to the Purchase Order reflecting the change. All changes and/or amendments to an Order and all other agreements related to an Order must be in writing and signed by both parties to be valid.
