Dear David,
Hey, David. Haven't heard from you these days, everything is ok? I think we might see each other soon, in UK. Surprise! I'm planning to apply for bachelor degree in UK. You know what, after saw those pictures about your university life in UK attached in your emails, I cannot be more sure that, that is the life I'm chasing for!
But, anyways, I'm struggled here. I'm afraid of the new life in UK. Strange people and they might not so friendly to foreigners, strange language, and definitely different culture, even the traffic rules aren't the same. And the most horrible thing is, I'm so worried that I cannot understand what lecturers say in the lectures in their british accent. By the way, one of my friends ,who has studied there before, told me that the british food tastes like hell, and it will be far expensive to dine in restaurant everyday. So I think I'd probably start to get cooking skills right now. Is it true? They also told me the water provided in britain is hard-water, and it will make horrible damage to human's body. Well, it looks like it's going to be a really tough life in Britain.
And think about it, almost 12hours flight, plus 8 hours time different. And the jet lag after the flight. Life far away from parents and lovely home, away from friends. I really don't know how to handle these.
I hope there will be plenty time for me to prepare for these. And I'm looking for your help. Maybe you can tell me some nice thing about study in UK.
