Along with the further acceleration of economic globalization, competitions between enterprises are getting increasingly intensified everyday. These competitiions will be reflected more on the enterprises' own value. As a new kind of value elvaluation instrument, EVA pays more attention to the equity and debt cost on the basis of the enterprises' traditional trading results evaluation index becasue it can be more accurately measuring the trading results of an enterprise and being widely used. In the recent few years, it has even been introduced into our country and attention were paid highly by experts from the economic world.
SASAC(State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission) has even specifically put forward a better regulate enterprise investment behaviour in fully implementing the central economic value's added evaluation scheme from the start of 2010.

This paper is carrying out an empirical research mainly based on the case of Vanke Enterprise Holdings Ltd (China) to understand its embedded value through the data index analysis. Through EVA's data analysis, which clearly shows that EVA has the certian effect on the embedded value of the company being evaluated.

In this paper, with China vanke co., LTD as a case for empirical research, through data index analysis to understand the intrinsic value of the China vanke co., LTD., through the data analysis of EVA, that EVA to evaluate the intrinsic value of the company or have a certain effect.
