[摘 要] 随着房地产市场的发展,购房者日益成熟理性,品牌成为购房者选择的重要因素。《2007年中国房地产企业竞争力研究报告》报告强调指出,未来我国房地产市场的竞争将是品牌的竞争,企业必须在公司形象、产品质量功能、楼盘外观、小区环境、售后服务等各方面不断努力,才能塑造出自己的品牌。成功的品牌建设将逐步成为房地产企业竞争取胜的核心要素。目前我国的房地产企业大多注重公司的形象宣传,楼盘外观,户型等因素,却很少注重售后服务,导致了业主入住后出现很多问题,投诉案件层出不穷。在这样的背景下,研究房地产售后服务与品牌塑造具有很强的现实意义。本文将品牌塑造与售后服务紧密结合,首先通过对房地产市场发展进行分析,并结合近年来我国房地产市场需求的变化,阐述未来房地产的竞争归咎于品牌的竞争。然后通过分析售后服务在品牌塑造中的重要作用,说明房地产售后服务的必要性。在此基础上分析我国房地产售后服务的现状与存在问题,并结合房地产的特性尝试构建出房地产售后服务体系。论文的重点内容是阐述房地产售后服务对品牌塑造的重要意义及房地产售后服务体系的构建,力求能对房地产企业有现实指导意义。
