急求一篇关于空调维修的英语作文，100字左右？

主要是因为日前在一家商场购买了一台空调并请他们安装，但使用后发现空调噪音声音很大，所以要写封信给商场，请他们来进行维修的，这封英语信应该怎么写啊？要大学英语的，请高手帮帮忙，谢谢！

Yesterday, I went to your shop to bought an air conditioners and your staff installed that. However, when I using I found that the air conditioner was very nosie. I don't accept about this.
