Lang Lang—A Well-known Pianist
Born in Shenyang,Jilin Province in 1982,Lang Lang had a special taste for music.He began to play the piano in 1985,when he was only at the age of 3.He showed a great interest in it.Two years later,he took part in a competition in Shenyang and won the first prize.He did the same in another competion in China just four years after that. What's more,he did the same in the piano- playing competition in Germany in 1993 as well as in Japan in 1995.Lang Lang went to the United States to continue his learning in 1996 and displayed his great ability of understanding music.In the year 2005,he was invited to the White House to give his special performance.
