On the basis of investigation of price levels for raw materials, comparison of costs for similar products of this company and other companies, in-situ verification and analysis of processing fees, as well as using of business negotiation means, agree on the procuring prices and sign procurement contract with suppliers on the principles of lowest prices. It was proved by comparison that the purchasing prices for electrical items for which I am responsible were usually the lowest as compared with the purchasing prices of other companies of similar size (such as Great Wall, BYD, Chery), and the vehicle-type costs were 100% controlled within the targeted cost range approved by company, and thus achieved the Company’s cost-reducing goals.
