【摘要】目的：通过开放性综合实验及验证性实验的同时开设比较，为推行预防医学实验教学改革进行实践尝试，着力培养学生创造性的学习方法和思维方式。方法：将实验学生分成两组，分别进行开放性综合实验和验证性实验，实验前后通过调查问卷进行评价。结果：学生普遍认为本次开放性综合实验的实验内容、开设方式和能力培养方面较好。大多数学生缺乏基本的实验知识和正确的实验观点，实验操作与实验技能整体水平较差。结论：在更加注重实验基本知识和实验技能培养的同时，进行实验教学改革特别是开放性综合实验的开设有助于培养学生创造性的学习方法和思维方式。
