straw不是有复数形式吗？那为何上面还用单数形式

straw. 作" 稻草，麦秆，禾秆"讲时, 为不可数名词.

如你问题中的straw全是表示"稻草"之意. 故为不可数名词. 所以不能用复数形式.

straw. 作" 吸管"讲时, 为可数名词.

如: a bottle of lemonade with a straw in it. 一瓶插着吸管的柠檬水

另外,在某些固定的短语中, 有用复数形式的情况:

如: clutch at straws / graspe at straws,抓救命稻草
