I am A. I borrow 10000 RMB (say: RMB ten thousand only) from B. the monthly interest rate is 4% (four percent/month). The interest will by paid on monthly basis up to the whole principal being paid back. The borrowed principal will be handed over from B to A in cash upon the signature of the agreement by both A and B. The pay back shall also be in cash.
