The design of SPCE061A16-bit microcontrollers as micro-controllers, expansion of data acquisition modules, LCD, keypad modules, and wireless communications module, the hardware component circuit. The design is based on μ 'nSP IDE integrated development environment for system software development, design of the main program modules, data acquisition module, keyboard modules, and communications modules. Through the system hardware and software debugging, to achieve the soil moisture measurements and data collection, display, save, and broadcast, and the system and PC wireless communications, completed a test for soil moisture in the design and development.

Originally design on the basis of μ ' nSP IDE integrated development environment developed to the systems soft ware, design main program module, data gather module, keyboard reveal module, and communication module. Debug through the software and hardware of the system, can realize measurement and collection of the soil moisture data, reveal, save, and report, realize the wireless communication of this system and PC, has finished design and development of a soil moisture tester.
