phpmyadmin连接数据库错误 #1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

我的部分配置如下:

这个配置文件不能说明问题。检查一下，你php连接数据库用的是localhost还是127.0.0.1或实IP等。连接有问题，应该是用户授权存在问题。

我用的是localhost。但是在安wamp5之前，我的电脑上已经有mysql了，跟这个有关系吗？

这个应该是有关系的。一个主机上有且只能有一个数据库，但可以有多个数据库实例。如果你的电脑上有多个mysql的话，就需要看看你的数据库服务指向。可以通过修改配置文件，修复这个问题。
