This extract is from a movie named Der Untergang (Downfall).
It tells that Hitler gets furious when he calls his subordinates together to have a meeting in underground bunkers.
After the film released, many spoof videos appeared and they all showed the dissatisfaction with some phenomenon and characters. Then a lot of music videos came up in which the rulers could sing the fixed lyrics by making a variety of modifications. The synchronization was pretty good.
Although the language spoken in this film is German, the pronunciations of many words are similar to Chinese, which also makes rulers very famous in China.
Stalin is the one that must be mentioned every time when the ruler gets angry. In spite of this, Stalin is still standing and struggling.
We have to mention another man called Felix Stanina who is actually the culprit of the ruler’s fury. However, he never shows up in the film and he’s a miracle too.
