“安乐死起源已久，也经历了长时间的发展，至今仍然是个令人感兴趣的话题。安乐死是对于死亡过程进行科学调节，以减轻和解除死亡痛苦，使其死亡状态安乐化。生命权是人的最基本的权利，也是法律保障的重要权利。选择死亡的方式也应该是生命权的内容，法律应当保障、规范这种权利，也就是说，安乐死应该被合法化。”
