it's a busy season, and two people are talking about their health problems
student A has sore muscles and can not lift his arm. he's worried and asking sytudent B for advice.
student B has trouble falling asleep(insomnia). she's quite worried too.
the two student finally reach an agreement and go for exercise together.

A: HI student B it was such a long time since our last meet. how are you going these days.
B:
hello Student A, yeah, you were correct. the last meeting which we both
attend was about 2 weeks ago and it was my pleasure to meet you here
again. well, for me, those days were really tough days.
A: o ? what happened recently?
B:
well, in a word. during this period, it was hard for me to falling
asleep. numerous bothering things appeared several days ago. i could not
get rid of worring these troubles while i want to go to bed. therefore,
recently, i was insomnia and really really want to find a way to solve
it.
A: insomia? that is a problem. student A, it was said that execris would help to relax and more likely to address insomnia. maybe, you can try that.
B: yeah, yeah. i heard that message once as well. well, it is the end of talking about me. what are you coming for? student A
A: o, here is thing. yesterday, i found my muscle was sore and could not lift my arm. do you ever meet any situation like this?
B: Sore muscle? fine, it was just a information which your muscle reflect and it referred to a lack of exercise.

spare some time for exerice. how about going for exercise together?
B: that is a good idea and let us make a deal.
