1.Whenever you open a book，you will be benefited tells a statement which I for one completely agree.
Books contains knowledge that people need, such as science, math, english and etc. We will only become better by reading those books because they support us mentally and physically. The purpose of reading is not to become an expert at some area but to have fun and learn more.
Books are unlike the internet because they mostly contain useful things. Open up a book would not harm anybody, on the contrary, it would provide you useful things that you might need one day.
So books only benefit you, but it is up to you whether to open one or not.
