i heard that you don't feel very well recently, and you have a bad headache due to your diet.
well susan, let me tell you, you don't have to be on a diet to make sure your body shape is right. some times being on a diet could do more harm to you liek fainting and digestion disorders. the best way to keep your body shape right is to do more excercise. that way you don't have to stop eating food and you can still keep your body shape right.
