People look at me and the success that I've had in my law practice and they say,"Man,everything you touch turns to gold."But when I think of a man who had a golden touch,and who passed on to me the sense of hard work and stick-to-it-iveness that I have,I think of my father.His love didn't change my life, per se,but it molded me.It made me the man I am today.

MY father,Turner Gary,wasn't a real talkative man,but he believed in instilling in all his children a sense that we could overcome any difficulty by working longer and harder than anyone else.
