it 是否有一种说法：在逗号之后的句子中如果出现it, it 只能指代前半句的主语？ 一定是这样吗？

1.我记得老师说如果没有and的话，可以看成是with的伴随状语，有and就是指的是省略的一句话，省略了谓语，这样说对吗？
2.还有这里是不是因为with，所以后面的it不能指代句子啊？那it到底可以指代句子吗？（除形式主语）

1. 从语法上讲没错。不过没有人会把整句说出来的，太不符合习惯了。

2. it可以指代句子，例如：
I lost my wallet and it made me mad.
（it指代I lost my wallet）

比较一下：
I lost my wallet and with it all my credit cards.
（it指代my wallet）

1. I lost my wallet and it made me mad.it在主语的位置指代的是这件事，那么with it后的it为何不能理解成指代前面的那件事呢？

       既然是伴随状语，为何还要在前面加一个and？
