摘 要
中国城市化的快速进程导致了城市的迅速扩张，城市空间蔓延至郊区农业结构的村镇，使得失去耕地的“都市村民”以通过出租空余房屋维持生活的经济平衡，由此逐渐成为“城中村”，“城中村”是城乡分割二元体制下的一种特殊现象。随着城市化进程的继续，“城中村”的改造已经成为城市政府、“城中村”村民和学界等共同关注的重要问题。本文首先分析了“城中村”产生的原因及其主要特征；然后说明了国内其他城市“城中村”改造的基本方向及常见思路；最后，对东莞市“城中村”改造问题进行深入探讨，在阐述东莞市“城中村”改造的基本思路的基础上，指出东莞市“城中村”改造的几种具体方案，并对各种具体方案的优缺点和适用情况做了详细解释。

Abstract
China's rapid urbanization process has led to the rapid expansion of cities. The urban space spreads to the suburb where belongs to the villages or small towns based on farming structure, causing the so-called urban villagers who lost their farming land to maintain their balance of economic life by hiring idle houses. From this, it has gradually become "village community" in urban, which is one kind of special performance that caused by the dual system of the urban-rural split. With the advance of urbanization, the transformation of "village community" has become the important issues of common concern to the city government, villagers and academic world. Firstly, this paper analyzed the reason why the "village community" forms and presents its features. Then it explained the basic direction and some common ideas of "village community" transformation. Finally, it deeply studied on the fact of "village community" transformation in Dongguan. Based on the basic approach of this transformation, the paper listed its several kinds of concrete plans and it has made the detailed explanation of the advantages, disadvantages and the usable application to each kind of concrete plans.

Abstract

The fast urbanization process of China has led to the rapid urban expansion. The space of city has expanded to the suburban agricultural town and made the “urbanized villager” rent out their spare rooms to keep the economic balance in living, which has gradually become “Village-in-City”. The “Village-in-City” is a special phenomenon under the disuniting policy of city and countryside. Along with the urbanization process, the village reconstruction in the city has become the important question of common concern among the municipal government, people in the “Village-in-City” and academic world. This paper first analyzes the reason for the appearance “Village-in-City” and its main character. Then it explains the basic direction and common thought of other domestic cities’ reconstruction of the “Village-in-City”. And finally it thoroughly investigates on Dongguan’s village reconstruction in the city. On the basis of the expatiation on the basic thought of Dongguan’s reconstruction of the “Village-in-City”, it puts forward several concrete plan of Dongguan’s village reconstruction and explains each plan’s relative merits and usable conditions in details.
