摘要：随着信息技术的普及与发展，网络正融入人们的生产生活中，也参与到中小学生的生活和学习中。网络有利有弊，在给中小学生学习生活带来生机和活力的同时，也给中小学生带来了不少负面影响。所以，如何培养中小学生上网是作为人民教师的责任和义务，教师应该引导学生正确认识网络、提高学生应用网络资源的意识和能力，从而使网络成为一个适合学生、促进学生学习生活的新环境。

Abstract:
With the popularizing and developing of the information technology, the network is entering into the our daily life and plays an important role in the students' life in middle and primary schools .But
with each advantage is a disadvantage ,the network brings them vigor and vatility,but also has an negative effect at the same time.Therefore,how to help cultivating the correct behaviors of surfing the Internet has become the teachers' duty and obligation.The teachers should guide their students to recognize the network properly and enhance their awareness and the ability of ultilizing the Internet sources and make the network become a new environment which suits the students and promotes their study and lives.
