Spring is my favorite festival. It's one of the most importan festivals in China. Spring festival usually comes in January or in February. We often have a long winter holiday during the festival. Then I can go shopping with my parents and prepare for the coming festival. We decorate the house with beautiful flowers and coloured lights. It is a bit fun. I always get red paper with money from my parents and my relatives. I usually spend the money on books and CDs. Every year at this time my parents take me to the parks we always have good time. So I like Spring Festival best.

My favourite festival is the Spring Festival. Why? Because I have lots of fun at the Spring Festival.
The Spring Festival is a popular holiday in our country. It is in January or February. Our family get together. We have a big dinner at my grandparents’ home. I always eat a lot of delicious food. My cousin and me both get red packets from our grandparents. My parents usually go shopping with me. We buy some nice clothes for ourselves. We often watch TV at home and sometimes read books or surf the Internet. Sometimes, we greet other people on the phone.

My favorite festival is Spring Festival. In China,celebrating the Spring Festival is a big event. Before it comes, people begin prepareing delicious food,and clean and decorate their homes.It is very clean and nice before the new year comes.People also go shopping to buy many things and some new clothes for children.
People usually also have a good wash on lunar December 30th, which means you can be a cleaner and a more beautiful one in the coming year.
On the eve of festival,they make dumplings together.The whole family gets together for a big dinner.They enjoy dumlings for good luck. After dinner, people watch TV and stay up until after midnight, but some little children go to bed early.
On the first day of new year,chirdren put on their mew clothes and greet their parents.In return, their parents give lucky moner to them.Chirdren are very happy.
