Teachers act out an incredibly important role in school, becuase they are the ones deciding the attitude of students facing education. For example, my maths teacher Mr. Grain is a my role mode. That is because he has changed my thought towards maths, since it used to be my least favourite lesson of all. I used to wish missing maths class, wondering around school instead. It was a difficult and complicated subject that I didn't understand, however Mr. Grain changed this thought. He made joke and great examples in class, which was the enthusiasm for me to put hard work into it. I slowly began to pay more attention, which resulted me to get better grades. I really thank him since he change my thought towards maths, letting me now be a great mathematician. Thank you Mr. Grain!

A good teacherIn my point of view, a good teacher should be a person of love to her students,a person with high moral level, a person who is proficient in one or more fields, and a person who understands students well.The first and also the fundamental element of a good teacher is that she should love her students,not only students achieving outstanding results,but also students with poor performance.Another important character that a good teacher should possess is a high level of moral quality. Teachers not only need to teach students professional knowledge, but also are required to set a good example for students in the moral field. As imparting knowledge is the bounden duty of a teacher, teachers should be skilled in one or more fields. In our minds, teachers are the kind of person who know almost everything in a specific field, and they should be exactly like that. A good teacher has a large stock of knowledge, so she could impart comprehensive knowledge to her students. Since teaching activity is an interacting activity, the skill of communicating with and understanding students takes up a significant place among a teacher’s basic qualities. A good teacher should be equipped with good communication skills to ensures that he/she can exchange ideas and feelings with students freely and efficiently.
