In the education research the focus will be on the training on the ability of nonverbal communication

In the view of teachers, more importance will be attached to the strengthening the nonverbal communication skills of teachers, so to encourage the interaction between teachers and students.
Hoever, there are still problems, some teachers would think the dignity of a teacher could only be established by the none-smilling facial serousness of teachers.
Other problems can be

classroom is too small, eye contact with students may be not sufficient; excessive gestures with no explaination to its English background will be meaningless and lack of time management that may result in the wast of the time of students. Occupying the rostrum too long and distancing students too much can also be concerns. Based on the Chinese traditional understanding to students and classroom, the pupils are all expected to stand up before speak, never to move too much in the calssroom for whatever reason. Standing and sitting have to be well regulated. Such regulations will make pupils very stressful and be worried of making mistakes, so to avoid speaking at all.
