摘要：随着计算机网络技术的发展，互联网已经渗透到社会生活的各个方面，成为现代人生活不可或缺的一部份。互联网的普及为人们的生活带来极大的便利和经济效益，但随之也产生了一些消极的影响，网络成瘾便是其中最为突出的问题。本文主要依据相关研究和社会工作理论为基础，以一个网络成瘾的大学生作为研究个案，运用社会工作的专业方法帮助其戒除网络成瘾以及解决网络成瘾所造成的负面影响，并协助案主增强自身解决问题的能力。希望通过本文的实践和研究，进一步探索在社会工作的视角下大学生网络成瘾的预防对策，以及社会工作的介入方法和实践技巧。

Thanks to the advancement of computer technology, Internet now is ubiquitous, becoming a dispensible part of modern people. In line with the Internet's popularity, which has brought tremendous convenience and benefits, it also has brought some detrimental effect, addiction to the Internet is of the paramount importance. This article is mainly based on relevant research and theory of social work, using an college students who addicted to Internet as a case study, as well as assisting him to enhance his ability to tackle problems. By the study and practice in this paper, it is expectant to explore prevention policies towards university students internet addiction issue under the social work's view, as well as the external intervention and practice skills of social work.
