第一题选B dare可以做实意动词也可以做情态动词~做情态动词时和can should must等的用法是一样的~就是后面接动词原形~~做实意动词时后面要接动词不定式~~`否定的时候要在前面加don't didn't或者doesn't
第二题`选C~目的状语就是表示目的的状语`有很多词可以引导目的状语从句`象so, that, so that, in order that, in case，lest ，for fear that等
比如：You must speak louder so that /in order that you can be heard by all.
He wrote the name down for fear that(lest) he should forget it.
Better take more clothes in case the weather is cold.
除此之外不定式也可以表示目的状语，象题中的to improve,这道题也就是说我在暑假该做什么事情来提高英语~~所以to improve部分叫做目的状语，目的就是要提高英语~
