" As the development of the logistics industry, the Third Party Logistics (TPL) is becoming one of the important symbols of modern logistics. As a service industry, the TPL is growing with enterprise itself, of which the understanding to the Customer Relation Management (CRM) is also changing with it. Since customers are the resource of the corporate profit, how to carry out the CRM has been paid more and more attention by the management personnel of the TPL enterprises. Being the combination of the modern management science and information technology, the CRM is to improve the customers' satisfaction and further to enhance the competition of the enterprise by In-depth analysis to their detailed information. Taking Xinbang Logistics as the case study, this paper introduces the application status and weaknesses of CRM in the logistics industry of our country and proposes some innovation methods to the CRM. The purpose of this paper is to provide beneficial reference for the TPL enterprises to improve their service level as well as to perfect the service process by studing the customer service of the TPL enterprises. By analysing its characteristics, the status quo has been studied and the existing problems and shortages have been pointed out and improvement measures have also been given."
