摘 要
本文采用聚丙烯腈膜法和海藻酸钠复凝胶法制备了蛋白质载体,对两种不同方法制备的载体分别进行了固定化研究。考察了其外观形貌,对聚丙烯腈膜的制作工艺、水解工艺、活化工艺、膜表面活性基团的含量、蛋白固定量、固定后蛋白活性基团的含量以及海藻酸钠复凝胶法固定蛋白的工艺及回收率等作了较为深入的研究,并从重金属脱除角度出发,对两种制备方法进行了比较。
研究表明,两种方法制备的载体均可对金属硫蛋白进行固定化。海藻酸钠复凝胶法固定的金属硫蛋白量较聚丙烯腈膜法多,并且对实验中几种重金属离子都有较好的脱除效果,但是在重复利用及回收重金属方面不如聚丙烯腈膜法。
本文结论:在重金属含量有特别要求的领域应用海藻酸钠复凝胶法固定化金属硫蛋白较好,而在排放要求一般的领域应用聚丙烯腈膜固定化蛋白则比较经济。

Abstract
In this paper, PAN membrane and alginate-gel method of protein carrier, on two different methods of the carrier fixed a separate study. Inspection of its exterior appearance, the PAN film production process, the hydrolysis process, the activation process, surface active groups of content, volume of fixed, fixed-active groups in rehabilitation and alginate gel Law of the fixed and the recovery process, such as a more in-depth study and removal of heavy metals from the point of view, the two preparation methods were compared.

This paper concluded: In the heavy metal content of the special requirements of the field of application of sodium alginate-gel immobilized metallothionein better, and emissions requirements in the areas of general application PAN membrane protein is relatively fixed the economy.
