不能变因为not＋any表示全部否定而many在肯定句中表示“很多”因此否定时为“不很多”并不等价于“全都不”所以不能变

其实，mang 和 much 等等 都可以用any做否定句。
There are many apples in the basket.
There is not any apple in the basket.

There is a lot of water in the bottle.
There is not any water leave in the bottle.

I have much money in my pocket.
I don't have any money in the my pocket.
