• sql 语句 错了

  string sqlstr = "delete from ADMIN where = EMP_NO" + GridView1.DataKeys[e.RowIndex].Value.ToString();

  改成

  string sqlstr = "delete from ADMIN where EMP_NO= " + GridView1.DataKeys[e.RowIndex].Value.ToString();
