healthy eating is important for us. what and how should we eat to be healthy?
first, we must have enough food and the food must be clean.we should cook it properly. also, we should never eat too much or too little.
second, it's very imoirtant for us to keep a balanced diet different kinds of foods are necessary such as bread ,meat fish, eggs.milk fruit and vegetables. Breadgives us energy. meat fish,
affs and milk help our bones grow. fruit and vegetables make us healthy.
third, we should eat regularly, it's said that half fo the students don't have a regular breakfast or don't eat anything at all in the morning. A good breakfast keeps us string.
finally, we must realize that we should eat not only favorite food but also healthy food.
