The financial crisis in 2008 resulted in a tremendous impact on the global economy , and it lead to the ubiquitous appearance of numerous small and medium enterprises in China arising financial crisis and until bankruptcy was declared . What are the reasons that cause the financial crisis of small and medium enterprises? How to prevent and response to the financial crisis effectively? These questions are the stress points which various corporations and firms focus on. The thesis of this paper is aimed primarily at the impact of the macroeconomic environment and financing channels and management and other issues ,trying to explore the valid measures to response the financial crisis and adopting effective strategies to provide feasible recommendations for healthy economic growth of small and medium enterprises.
