在经济全球化的今天，随着服务贸易出口地位的不断提升以及影响力的日益加深，各国出于自身经济,安全利益考虑,对国际服务贸易设置了严厉的保护主义政策,仅设计出的非关税贸易壁垒就多达二千多种，以期限制以及减少境外对本国服务贸易的出口，并达到保护国内新兴产业和国内市场的目的。而传统的贸易保护措施（关税、配额等），已渐渐不能满足各国对保护国内市场的需求。在新形势下，技术性贸易壁垒做为新型而独特的贸易保护措施，在各国得到了广泛的应用。本文介绍了技术性贸易贸易壁垒的含义，通过对服务领域技术性贸易贸易壁垒特点、变现形式的研究，分析了技术性贸易壁垒对我国服务贸易出口的影响，并由此引出我国应如何应对国际服务贸易壁垒的思考。
