不能实例化类，指定的类是一个接口。

cn.itcast.dao.PersonDao是不是一个接口，你应该指定一个实现该接口的子类。

有可能是缺少相应的jar包了。缺少org.springframework.jdbc的jar包，在spring的jar包下有的，引入进来即可。

2.Spring的MVC框架主要由DispatcherServlet、处理器映射、处理器(控制器)、视图解析器、视图组成。
