in my mother's life.

随着我年龄的逐渐增长，我也学了不少手艺，这不，“三八妇女节”就要到了，我决定在这一天给妈妈露一手，给妈妈一个惊喜，给妈妈做一顿炒鸡蛋。
我首先把鸡蛋打入碗内，又加入一点点冷水，再放入适量的盐、姜末、葱末、蒜末，最后用筷子搅拌；其次打开煤气灶，把火调好，把油倒入锅内，等油温升高后，把搅拌好的鸡蛋倒入油锅内，等鸡蛋的一边差不多熟了时，用铲子 把它翻过来继续煎，经过1～2分钟，鸡蛋就炒熟了。关掉火，用铲子把鸡蛋铲入盘中。一盘金黄喷香的炒鸡蛋就做好了。
不久，妈妈回来了，看到了我做的饭，说：“这些菜是谁做的？”我说：“不知道，请你猜猜看。”妈妈疑惑地说：“你爸爸还没回来，难道是你做的？”我说：“今天是‘三八妇女节’，这是我给你送的一份小礼物，请你尝尝味道怎么样。”于是，我急忙跑进厨房给妈妈拿筷子，让妈妈品尝。妈妈品尝后，不停地夸奖我，说：“我的女儿也学会炒菜了，做的很好吃呀！还色、香、味俱全呢！”听了妈妈的表扬，我高兴地一下子投进了妈妈的怀抱，心想：以后还要替妈妈做更多自己力所能及的事，做爸爸妈妈的好孩子。
