其实可以改写成状语从句就更好理解了

当从山顶看公园时，公园显得更漂亮了。
根据语境用 A 更好。
其实 the park is found 改成主动语态 还是 we found the park .... 这样其逻辑主语不是公园是我们。所以B不对。
