Hi, recently, I have just bought a digital camera from your store. However, when I returned home, I realized that there are scratches on the camera's surface, as well, the color of a picture taken indoor is abnormal. Unfortunately, since I could not find the receipt, I could not return it to your store or exchange for a new one. When I asked the salesman for assistance on ways to solve the problem, instead of attempting to come up with a solution, he paid no attention to me. I do understand that losing the receipt is my fault due to my carelessness, yet at least, shouldn't the salesman treat me with some respect? To me, the salesman's cold attitude is not only unwelcoming, but also disappointing. This is not the appropriate way to treat a customer in need of help. I am extremely unsatisfied with your store's customer service and hope to see some improvement in the future.
