摘　要
自2012年12月以来，在一家个人企业实习，公司成立于2003年，主要经营：低压配电箱、配电柜等产品。实习期间我担任仓库管理员、文员等工作。仓库管理员主要负责公司采购的入库，入库后将物品分类放到指定货架上，工人所需要零件的出库，定期清点各种零件库存，文员主要负责收发传真、邮件，接收信件及报刊，统计考勤，复印文件。在实习中发现了自身存在的问题：做工作还处于等待领导分配工作再去做的阶段，没有充分做好在一段时期内的工作规划。同时收获了很多，我懂得了人与人之间沟通的重要性，做事情要勤学好问，也真正明白了熟能生巧的意思。
