In our school graduation plans change, so I had to go back to school with my tutor to modify my graduation exhibition scheme, as well as many matters, preparing for graduation reply. I am very sorry, i have to request for leave from May 8 to June 8.
due to the earthquake in Sichuan recently, something affected me ,( as you know, my school is near to the earthquake zone, ) . my school also alterted our graduation schedule, so I have to come back to the school to revise my exhibition plan with my tutor, and prepare things for the oral defense of my master thesis.
I appreciate your approval on my leave application.
