My mother is a common woman. She is a little plump and her hobby is playing sports. Every morning, she get up early and do some exercises in the park. After back home.She will take some bread with milk as breakfast. When the dinner finished, she goes to the gym for more exercises. She never drink coffee or other irritant beverage and always keep a healthy diet. So you see,she has really good health and hardly asks for help in hospital.

my mother is heath.She usually gets up at half past six.Oh,it's too early.After that,she eat two eggs,lots of bread and some milk.Then she always does hosewouk.
After dinner,she usually exercises for two hours.After that,she join me for dinner,we are eat some beef and soup.It taste very good.I'm happy .Why?Because my mother is healthy.
