目的：探讨泌感I号组方研究和和制备工艺，建立质量标准。方法 根据中医药理论进行组方研究。运用
煎煮法制备合剂。采用薄层色谱法对处方中的栀子、大黄、甘草进行定性鉴定，采用最低装量检查法检查
该药的装量。结果 TCL检出栀子和大黄的专属性好，重现性强，适合二者的鉴别试验。通过最低装量检
查法检查，其装量符合规定。结论 本制剂组方合理，制备方法符合中医传统用药习惯，所以建立的检测
方法简便可行，可用于泌感I号的质量标准控制。
