Right now a lot of students go to school in a hurry so that they have no time to have breakfast. But not having breakfast will do harm to their health and their study.Having no breakfast will throw the normal work of our digestive system into confusion. As a result, it will do harm to our health. And at our age it is high time for us to grow up. So our bodies are in great need of energy. If we don't have breakfast,there will be not enough energy to supply. This may stunt our growth. Besides, life is better, people eat more meat, fish, eggs and other food with more fat. They often go out for good meals with their families and friends. But they do get easy to be ill. What's more,most of the students like to eat the street food which is not healthful,and it's of no nutrition in many times.However ,how to form a healthy habits?In my opinion ,firstly, we should eat healthy breakfast on time and eat plenty of fruits and meat or vegetables. Secondly,I think more meat and fish, less exercise are bad for health. Good rest, less meat and fish, more vegetables and enough exercise are good for health.we should .Thirdly, We shouldn’t eat too many snack foods and drink plenty of water .The better we get into good eating habits, the happier our life becomes.</p>

The parents or the teachers?

I think the responsibility is falling on the both.If a child doesn't show interest in study,neither should take the fall completely.
The time for study is divided into two parts,at school and at home.When students receive education at school,there's no doubt that teachers should make them knowledgable.When they are in their houses,the parents shoule urge them to study.Due to the defects in a system of education,the scales can't dump to one side.
All in all,study is a thing that everyone including the teachers,the parents and the students themselves should strive to improve for better.
