2. 选D。continuous 是持续的、不停的意思。英语解释是：non-stopping, constant. 而continual 是重复的、再发生的意思。 英文解释是：repeated, reoccurred.
这个题译为：事后的好几天我残酷地拒绝（的行为）持续令我感到羞愧懊悔。

3. 这题必须选D。因为 whose composition was ready by the teacher 是个插入的从句短语，修饰主语Janet。 译为：Janet, （老师正在读的就是她的作文），是班里的一个尖子生。

如果填B的话，那么句子里就有两个主语，两个谓语了，也就是说把两句完整的话混在一起说了。
Janet, the composition of whom was ready by the teacher... 主语混淆，因为The composition of whom was ready by the teacher 可以是独立的。分不清到底想说Janet是个尖子生呢，还是她的作文被老师读了。

continious: happening or existing for a period of time without interruption 不断的，持续的，连续的
我建议选A。
3、当然选D，定语从句。

(1)搭配区别：
continuous做表语和定语 be continious或continious+名词
continual只做定语 continual+名词

(2)词意的不同：
continual:反复，不停止(happen repeatedly)

continous:连续性的=unbroken(lack of interruption)
eg: a continuous line一条不间断的线
continuous pain/headache持续的痛/头痛

而continuing的含义是继续，例如：continuing education持续教育/继续教育
