摘要:家电零售连锁行业是近年来发展最为迅猛的行业之一,也是竞争最为激烈的行业之一。随着中国零售领域的全面开放,中国家电零售业将进入全面竞争的时代。渠道企业通过实施品牌战略与竞争对手形成差异化优势,无疑是应对家电零售业越来越显著的同质化竞争的最佳手段。本文以XX电器为例,针对XX电器现阶段的品牌建设问题,运用品牌规划、品牌传播、品牌提升品牌应用等战略及相关知识进行研究,通过理论分析与实际调查研究相结合,为天和电器的品牌建设提供方案建议,为XX电器成为最优秀、最具价值的家电零售企业寻求有利的对策和措施。

Brand Building of XX Electronics and Enhancement Measures
Abstract: The home appliance retail chain industry is one of the most developed industries in recent years, also the one with most fierce competition. With the full openness of China’s retail sector, China’s home appliance retail industry will go into an age of comprehensive competition. The differential advantage, formed by channel enterprises using brand strategy against their rivals, is undoubtedly the best measure in response to the increasingly obvious homogenized competition in home appliance retail industry. The article takes XX Electronics as an example, considering the problems of brand building exited in XX Electronics and using such strategies as brand planning, brand propagation, brand promotion and brand application and related knowledge, combining theoretical analysis with practical survey and study, provides solutions and suggestions for the brand building of Tianhe Electronics and searches favorable measures and countermeasures for XX Electronics to become the best and most valuable home appliance retailer.
