本文主要分为五大部分,第一部分介绍了本文选题的目的、意义、本文研究内容及本文研究思路;第二部分介绍了绩效考核理论与方法;第三部分介绍了XX公司绩效考核现状;第四部分阐述了XX公司中层管理人员绩效考核方案出台的前提、新的绩效考核方案和实例运行绩效考核方案;第五部分是结论与展望。
