摘要：目的建立了一种HPLC方法用于硝苯地平片的含量测定。方法采用ODS柱，以甲醇-水（60:40）为流动相，流速为0.8ml/min，检测波长为235nm。结果硝苯地平浓度在0.0125~0.4mg/ml范围内线性关系良好，相关系数r为0.9999。高、中、低3个浓度的平均回收率分别为101.66%、99.99%、99.23%；日内RSD为1.56%；日间RSD为0.79%。结论本法专属性强，灵敏度高，结果准确，快速简便。

Results the concentration of nifedipine in 0.0125~0.4mg/ml linear range, correlation coefficient r is 0.9999. The average recovery of high, low, 3 concentrations were 101.66%, 99.99%, 99.23%; RSD for 1.56% days; day RSD 0.79%. Conclusion the method is specific, sensitive, accurate, rapid and simple.
